The Kirlins have filed a motion along with an extensive number of substantiating exhibits to prove that McLean and Stevens fabricated evidence. This fabricated evidence was key to the trial judge's original decision to grant title to McLean/Stevens.Posted by Administrator
The current motion asks the court to set aside its judgement and to return the land to the Kirlins
